- Prepare the fish
If using frozen seliav, fill it with water and let it cool completely.
Seliava scales are large, so they are easy to clean.
Remove the heads and clean out the entrails. Wash the fish thoroughly inside and out, dry with paper towels. - Roll the seliav in flour
Add the flour and salt to the bowl. Add some of the cleaned fish and roll well so that they are evenly coated with the flour mixture. - Bake
Add oil to a heated pan. Add the flour-rolled seliava in batches and cook on both sides until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes per side). - If you find caviar

Prepare the ingredients
