Feeder Tandem - Toy Cup

Sports fishing club "Tau Kimba" invites all fishermen to the feeder (bottom fishing rod) "Feeder Tandem - Pažaislio Taure" competition, which will be held in 2023. October 6-8. In Kaunas, on the concrete embankment in the Kaunas lagoon behind the Pažaislis monastery.

PLACES ARE LIMITED TO ONLY 21 TANDEM REGISTRATIONS. ON THE DAYS OF OCTOBER 6 - 8, COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO GO TEMPORARILY TO THE WATER ON THE CONCRETE WHARF TO UNLOAD AND LOAD THE FISHING EQUIPMENT. CARS ARE PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT NEAR THE PLAYGROUND MONASTERY. PARKING THE CAR ON THE CONCRETE EMBANKMENT NEAR THE WATER IS PROHIBITED. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS:

All adults or minors (from 16 years of age, accompanied by one of their parents or guardians) can participate in the competition if they have registered in advance and paid the entry fee of 60 euros by transferring it to the account LT697044090102544296 "SPORTINĖS ŽŪKLĖS KLUBAS TAU KIMBA" and indicating the team members and the name of the team. . Registration will be confirmed only after payment. There is no refund in case of refusal to participate.

10:50 - 3rd signal - start of comforting with feeders, without using a leash;
11:00 - signal 4 - start of the competition;
15:55 - signal 5 - 5 minutes left until the end of the competition;
16:00 - 6th signal - end of round and weighing of catches;

October 8 (Sunday)
07:30 – 08:00 – instruction of competition participants and drawing of lots;
08:30 – 1st signal – entering sectors;
09:45 - signal 2 - checking baits and lures;
10:20 - 3rd signal - start of comforting with feeders, without using a leash;
10:30 - signal 4 - start of the competition;
15:25 - signal 5 - 5 minutes left until the end of the competition;
15:30 - 6th signal - end of round and weighing of catches;
16:30 - end of the round, calculation and announcement of round and stage results, awarding of winners

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPETITION:

Pazaislis Cup The competition is conducted in team standings.
Toy Cup The duration of the competition (excluding preparation) is 5 hours.
During the competition, the participant catches only within the limits of the sector assigned to him, no outside help is allowed. Only one rod is caught at a time, using only one hook in the system. The number of spare rods is unlimited.
The maximum allowed amount of baits is 2.5 liters, of which the maximum amount of worms is 0.5 liters (to be submitted for inspection in special graduated boxes that meet FIPSED requirements, not cut, crushed, etc.). The maximum amount of maggot larvae is 0.25 liters + the amount that is placed in the fips box. Baits and lures must be of natural origin. Artificial baits (made of metal, rubber, paralon, etc.) imitating mosquito bites, fly larvae, worms, dead fish, artificial flies, etc. are prohibited. A maximum of 12 liters of prepared bait is allowed in the competition. Feeding during the competition is allowed only with feeders! Athletes are prohibited from using phones, headphones, walkie-talkies, echo sounders during the competition.
During the competition, fish are kept in a strainer at least 3 meters long.
Only the Inline system can be used. All fish of the size and type determined by the IFA (recreational fishing regulations) are eligible. After weighing, all fish are released back into the water body. The winner of the competition is determined by the weight of the fish of the legal size caught. Awards await the winners and prize winners of the competition! The Big Fish award will be given for the biggest fish! The participants of the competition are responsible for their own safety
