1.1 The competition is organized by www.pukutis.com and Fisherman's Day FB Virgis Paulionis and FB Darius Laukys
1.2 Fishing competitions are conducted in individual competition.
1.3 All adults have the right to participate in the competition (the competition organizers reserve the right
not to register a participant if they receive information about the participant's inappropriate behavior in previous events
in competitions). Also minors from the age of 16 accompanied by an adult. (Decisions regarding the participation of minors are made by the event organizers individually)
1.4 Registration for competitions is carried out by public invitation on the Facebook social networking platform.
The number of participants is limited.
1.5 The entry fee for the participant for the competition is 50 EUR. Participant registration is confirmed upon receipt
payment by bank transfer. There is no refund in case of refusal to participate.
1.6 By paying the competition entry fee, the participant at the same time confirms that he agrees with the regulations and rules of the competition and ponds, and also assumes full responsibility for health problems, various injuries or death. Also agrees that the participant's name and surname and visual material taken during the competition may be publicly published on social networks and other mass media. Freestyle fishing competition.
2. COMPETITION FORMAT
2.1 Competition date and water bodies:

7:00-7:30 - arrival, drawing of lots, opening of competitions, entrance to sectors;
10:00 - 19:00 start of competition (start, competition).
19:00 - 21:00 break (joint dinner in the VIP SHADOWS)
21:00-10:00 continuation of the competition
in 2023 July 9:
10:00 - the end of the competition;
12:00 - closing of competitions, announcement of results, announcement of winners, awards.
3. BAITS, CATCHING METHOD, DISTANCE
THE THROWING DISTANCE WILL BE LIMITED DURING THE COMPETITION, MAXIMUM 130m.
3.1 Before the start and during the competition, participants can check and explore the bottom within their sector
using a scanning weight or marker. Scan the bottom with a feeder and/or warm up before the competition
start is prohibited. Throwing sonar is prohibited.
3.2 Baiting begins immediately after the start. Feeding can be done using feeders, wires or
zomba Baiting with a boat or other electrical means is prohibited.
3.3 Baits and lures - of natural origin (both live - earthworms, fly larvae, etc. and dead) are allowed
- corn, "pellets", "wafters", "boils", etc.) and of artificial (plastic, silicone) origin

3.4 Fishing is allowed only with all types of feeders and carp systems.
3.5 At the same time, a participant can catch - with two fishing rods. There should be no more on each rod
as one hook. The sector can be left for the participants during the competition only after pulling out all the fishing rods
from the water and after notifying the participant of the adjacent sector.
3.6 The fish must be caught within the boundaries of its sector.
3.7 The competitor must have a safety measure and an antiseptic to disinfect the hook or

4. FISH, FISH KEEPING, WEIGHING
4.1 All fish caught are counted.
4.2 Carps and grass carp must be stored in special bags. One should be placed in one bag
fish Two fish under 5 kg are allowed in one bag.
4.3 In the net, it is allowed to keep all caught fish of other species (carps and
grass carp, as well as other fish larger than 5 kg). A single grid may contain no
more than 25 kg of fish. Fish must be kept in nets of a minimum length of 3.0 m.
The mesh can be rubber or fabric.
4.4 If the fish is hooked before the end of the competition and the fish being pulled has been reported to the judges or
next to the catching athletes and the fish was pulled out after the end of the competition (after the signal about
the end of the competition), the fish is counted as a catch.
4.5 At the end of the competition, it is allowed to take the fish out of the water only after approaching the judges. The fish is pulled out
water must be placed on the "mat". Each participant is responsible for keeping the fish viable
and would cause as little damage as possible.
4.6 It is forbidden to lay fish on the ground during competitions and during training. Fish can only be placed on
special mattress ("mat").
5. PENALTIES
5.1 Penalties for non-compliance with the competition regulations and general procedure may be:
5.1.1 Verbal warning;
5.1.2 Yellow card - (warning) after collecting two yellow cards, a red card is given;
5.1.3 Red card – the participant is removed from the competition and given the maximum penalty points
number + 1 additional penalty point.
5.2 There will be public consumption of alcohol and display during, before or after the competition at the competition venue
penalized with a yellow card;
5.3 A participant who does not follow the instructions of the rules is punished with a yellow card;
5.4 It is forbidden to make noise or otherwise disturb other participants during the competition (for violation
penalized with a yellow card).
5.5 For gross violations of the rules (or after receiving two yellow cards), the participant is given a red card
card.
5.6 Penalties are imposed by the judge's decision.
6. PROCEDURE FOR CALCULATING RESULTS AND DETERMINING PLACES
6.1 Participants in restricted areas (A, B, C). The goal of each participant is to catch as many as possible in their zone
fish weight. According to the weight of fish caught in each zone, participants receive penalty points.
6.2 The places occupied by the participants are determined by the weight of the fish caught. Participant whose fish is caught
weight is the largest, takes first place. Places are allocated according to the weight of the fish
to other participants.
6.3 Penalty points are awarded in the following manner: the corresponding number of penalty points is awarded for the corresponding place
(for 1st place - 1 penalty point, for 2nd place - 2 penalty points, etc.).
6.4 When the weight of the fish caught by the participants is the same, the places are added up and divided among the participants
number (for example, two contestants share 5 and 6; so (5+6):2 = 5.5 points each
to the participant.
6.5 Participants who did not catch a fish receive the same number of points as those who did not catch a single fish in the sector
for the arithmetic mean of fish places of participants: (for example, out of 6 participants, 3 caught fish and 3 did not
not a single fish, 3 participants who did not catch a single fish get (4+6):2=5 points each.
7. AWARDS
7.1 Participants who take 1-3 places are awarded cups and sponsors' prizes.
7.2 The participant who catches the largest fish by weight receives a cup and sponsors' prizes.
7.3 There will also be a prize draw.
8. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
8.1 The competition organizers reserve the right to resolve disputes and, if necessary, to change the regulations of the competition
by consensus.
8.2 Judges have the right to enter the sectors without permission and check the athlete's inventory at any time,
systems, hooks, baits, etc. are used. Penalties are given by judges.
