OCTOBER 5 (Saturday):

14:00-15:00 – Instruction of the participants of the competition. and sector draws;

15:00- 1st signal - entrance to sectors;
17:00 - 2 signal bait and bait inspection
17:30 - 3rd signal - off-leash baiting
18:00 - signal 4 - start of the competition;
OCTOBER 6 (Sunday):
08:00 -5 signal end of competition and weighing of catches;
09:00 - end of the round, announcement of results, awarding of winners.

Vilkaviškis District Mayor's Cup INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPETITION:

Competitions are conducted in team competition.

Vilkaviškis District Mayor's Cup The duration of the competition (excluding preparation) is 14 hours.

1.1. During the competition, teams catch only within the boundaries of the sector assigned to them.
1.2. THE TEAM CAN REGISTER THE COACH AFTER THE PARTICIPANTS' INSTRUCTION!!! Only one rod per person is caught at a time, using only one hook in the system. The number of spare rods is unlimited.
1.3. When one participant leaves the sector, the fishing rod can be cast if it is supervised by another member of the tandem.
1.4. The maximum amount of bait allowed for TEAMS is 10 liters, of which the maximum amount of worms is 2 liters (to be submitted for inspection in special graduated boxes that meet the requirements of FIPSED, not cut, crushed, etc.). The maximum amount of mosquito larvae is 2 liters.
1.5. Baits and lures must be of natural origin. Artificial baits (made of metal, rubber, paralon, etc.) imitating mosquito bites, fly larvae, worms, dead fish, artificial flies, etc. are prohibited.
1.6. In competitions, it is allowed to use no more than 30 liters of prepared bait per team !!!! Mixing the bait with a mixer after the start is prohibited on the shore, it can be done at the judges' tent.
1.7. Be honest, there will be no inspection of baits and baits, but we will check several participants selectively - if too many live baits are found, the participant will be disqualified.
1.8. Feeding is allowed only with feeders!!!
1.9. During the competition, fish are kept in a strainer at least 3 meters long.
2.0. Only the Inline system can be used.
2.1. All fish of the size and type determined by the IFA (recreational fishing regulations) are eligible.
2.2. After weighing, all fish are released back into the water body. The winner of the competition is determined by the weight of the legal size fish caught.
2.3. Awards await the winners and prize-winners of the competition!
2.4. The participants of the competition are responsible for their own safety!
2.5. Due to bad weather conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or temporarily suspend the competition!
2.6. It is forbidden to use generators that make noise. Lighting is only possible with devices that have rechargeable batteries or disposable batteries. The direct light source cannot fall into the water further than the end of the participant's net for placing the fish. Further education is prohibited.
2.7. Echo sounders are not allowed to be used during competitions and preparations.
2.8 The team must have 2 fish nets at least 3m long
2.9. Baits and lures must be of natural origin. Artificial baits (made of metal, rubber, paralon, etc.) imitating mosquito bites, fly larvae, worms, dead fish, artificial flies, etc. are prohibited. It is forbidden to use bait made from the following components: bread, dough, porridge, as well as use pellets, boilies. The bait must be attached to the hook by piercing it. The "hair" system is prohibited
3.0 starting payment is non-refundable, but you can find someone to replace you in your place.
