Personal sport carp fishing competitions.

Competition rules:

"Vilnius Carpenter 2023" will be held in 2023, June 30 - July 2, in Arvydai no. 16 in the pond.
During the competition, the participants will compete for the main prize - 1000 euros and the title of Vilnius sport carp fishing champion.
The maximum number of participants is 20 athletes.
It will be caught with 2 fishing rods.
Starting fee 200€
The duration of the competition is 52 hours.
1st place - cup, diplomas and 1000 euros.
2nd place - cup, diplomas.
3rd place - cup, diplomas.
After paying the competition entry fee, the participants confirm that they agree with all the rules of the Lithuanian Championship
regulations and rules, and also assumes full responsibility for health disorders, various injuries or
case of death. Competition entry fees are non-refundable.
After paying the entry fee for the competition, the participant also agrees that the names and surnames and images of the participants
material made during the competition will be publicly published on social networks and other mass media.
Draw:
According to the registration of the athletes, the participant is given a serial number. The representative of the participants draws in order of priority
draw lots to determine the order of distribution of sectors. According to their "drawn" turn, the participants are divided by lot
sector. Sector numbers during the lottery procedure are limited to the number of registered participants. After
sector split claims are not accepted.

Rules

It is possible to scout (measure the depth) sector, throw baits and lures only from the beginning of the competition, from 10 a.m.
Eligible fish: carp and grass carp from 1.5 kg. weight. Caught fish can only be stored in special ones
in bags without any reinforcements and additional weights. The bag with the fish must be completely submerged in the water.
One bag per fish. The team must have a sufficient number of bags, but not less than 15 pieces.
When a larger quantity of fish is caught, a judge is invited for the weighing procedures.

Sanctions apply if fish are injured. A fish is not considered injured if it is kept in one after extraction
bag in water or placed on the mat and held in the hands to perform the necessary procedures
being photographed or filmed. The contact of the fish outside the water with the surface of the land is strictly prohibited. After
after fish extraction, it is recommended to apply antiseptics to the wounds.
It is forbidden to use cielus (whole, entire) baits and baits of animal origin. Can only be used crushed.
After casting the fishing line, the line cannot cross the boundaries of the sector to the left or to the right. Sector boundaries
in the water are imaginary and parallel to the side lines determined by the referee. Grooming
and fishing are only possible within the sector. Baits can only be cast with a fishing rod. One
fishing rod - one hook. The bait is attached to the hook only with the "hair" system, when the bait
attached near the hook.

Weights of at least 50 grams are used. Only fish-safe bottoms are allowed
systems. The use of non-carp fishing rods (float, fyder, etc.) and feeders is prohibited.
The use of floats in the so-called ZIG-RIG system is prohibited for catching in the upper water layers
facilitating the lifting of the bait.
Prohibited use: boats, radio-controlled boats and sounders, underwater cameras and other devices.

It is allowed to use line sweepers, but they must be pulled in the direction of the line if requested by the judge
for setting.

When throwing the bait, the bridge is only possible over the head, side throws are prohibited.
During the competition, 1 marker can be used, which can only be in the fishing area.
The bags for the fish and the measure must be of good quality and must be wetted before use so as not to injure the catch.
The weighed fish is immediately carefully released.
You can wade into water up to your waist only within the boundaries of your sector, but no further than 10 meters from the shore
lines. Swimming is prohibited. Wading may be discussed prior to the start of the competition depending on the water
the intricacies of the deposit.
Leaving your sector (on the shore and in the water) while fishing is strictly prohibited. Unless before
the start of the competition is indicated differently.
After the competition, it is mandatory to clean up the sector.
Car traffic is prohibited. This rule does not apply to organizers and judges.
The fish is counted if it accidentally got hooked on the hook and not in the mouth. Intentional hooking is prohibited.
Competitors may have an unlimited number of rods, but only two rods with
bait and one marker rod, which must be easily separated. Spare rods are a must
facing away from the water.

Participants can use the sector space at their discretion. Any noise is prohibited. Everything that
related to fishing (casting, removing fish, feeding) must be carried out within the boundaries of the sector.
Guests of the competition and other participants can enter the sector only after obtaining the consent of a member of the sector participant.
Consent is not necessary for the organizers of the competition, the general sponsor of the competition, their representatives, judges, the lake
to the owner, tenant or his representative, journalists.
During the night (from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) it is prohibited to use noise-making devices
tools: buckets, cables, "crabs", "rockets", "spombs".
A caught fish that is in a bag in the water can only be pulled out when the judges come to weigh it. Fish and
only participants can take the weighing bag in the sector. After weighing, the fish is carefully released back into the water
pool. You can take pictures with the fish only when the judge is in the sector and with his permission. It is forbidden to take pictures with
standing fish.

The umbrellas, gazebos, canopies and tents used by the participants of the competition must be of dull colors (dark
green, khaki, camouflage).
It is strictly forbidden for the participants of the competition to have pets with them.
It is prohibited before the competition, during the competition and after the competition: violence, threats, insults, humiliating behavior towards the referees, organizers, sponsors and participants of the competition.
Penalties. The referee can issue a yellow card for any violation of this rule. A yellow card is also given minus one (-1) penalty point for each yellow card. After collecting
two yellow cards are awarded a red card and the participant is disqualified. For a disqualified participant
competition expenses are not reimbursed.

Final Provisions

The responsibility for the accident rests with the participant of the competition. If a storm starts before the start
(thunderstorm), all participants are prohibited from being in their sector and preparing equipment. If the storm starts the competition
during the event, the event organizers stop the competition with a signal, then all participants must be in a safe place. If
due to weather conditions, the competition has been suspended for at least 36 hours, then the competition is held
happened. If the weather conditions allow, the competition can continue. Rain is not a reason to stop the competition.
Competition judges will be announced before the competition.
Before each competition, the sector boundaries are set by the competition organizers or the judge;
Before each round, at the opening of the competition, the competition organizers or the referee announce the rules
changes, if any;
