Baked Salmon in the Oven with Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey and vegetable oil in a bowl.
  • Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the prepared Teriyaki sauce mixture over the salmon fillet.
  • Bake the salmon in the oven 15-20 minutes.

Baked salmon fillet in the oven with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • 1 large sweet pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the pepper and onion into half rings, and the carrot into straws.
  • Place the vegetables on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place the salmon fillet on top of the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake salmon with vegetables in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • 4-5 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil

  2. Cut the potatoes and onions into slices.
  3. Place the potatoes and onions on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
  4. Place the salmon fillet on top of the potatoes and onions and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the salmon, potatoes and onions in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce and honey in a bowl.
  • Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
  • Coat the salmon fillet with a mixture of ginger, garlic, soy sauce and honey.
  • Bake the salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • 200 g of champignons, cut into thin slices
  • 100 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden.
  • Salmon fillet place on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the fried mushrooms evenly over the salmon.
  • Spread the cottage cheese on top of the mushrooms.
  • Bake the salmon with mushrooms and cheese in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
