Twiching is a spinning method known and heard by many. With a number of different variations to choose from, both in terms of equipment and lures. In this article, I will share with you my first observations about a bait box that would be useful for a beginner fisherman who decided to dive into this type of fishing. How to choose lures for twitching?
The first and probably the most important observation and suggestion would be not to buy all of them baits in a row, which you found beautiful from the picture. You should think carefully about which water bodies you will fish in, what depths prevail there, how the situation changes in the summer, when the grass grows, and so on. From this, you will already be able to reject unnecessary purchases and will not throw money into the pool. The next thing is to evaluate the equipment you have (Rod, reel). With what sizes and weights of baits you will be able to comfortably cast them and animate them in the water. With the equipment, there is already a separate language, which I will write about next time. After evaluating all this, you can move on to baits.
Which wobbler to choose?
During the winter, I searched a lot for information about Chinese twitching wobblers. Every angler's youtube channel praises and shows different wobblers that they work and catch fish, but not one mentions how much effort goes into animating them to make them work. Below I will provide a set of wobblers that are easy to animate for a beginner. This is just my opinion and it can be different for everyone.
From the above list, I would choose 1-2 units of each model and try not to repeat the color range (although I actually think that the color does not make much difference, but that is a separate discussion, I personally like the products (not in realistic colors)).
