Fried carp is very simple, but very tasty and filling fish dish. Fried carp – a simple and very hearty dinner, with which every hostess can please her household.

Fried carp with steaks in flour

You will need:

  • Carp
  • wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Table salt - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  • Carefully clean the fish from the slime, then carefully remove the scales. Cut the carcass along the belly line and remove all the entrails. Remove the tail, fins and head of the fish. Wash the fish again and remove the dark layer of fat from the inner belly.
  • Cut the carp into steaks one and a half centimeters wide. Place the fish in a separate bowl, season with salt and pepper, then mix well. Leave the fish for twenty minutes.
  • After the specified time, roll each piece of fish in a generous amount of flour.
  • Heat a pan and pour oil on it. Fry the carp on one side on maximum heat until golden brown. Flip each piece and reduce the heat to medium, cook the fish until cooked through.

The whole carp is fried in a pan

You will need:

  • Carp - 1 pc.
  • Lemon - 1-2 pcs.
  • Basil leaves - 3 pcs.
  • Oil
  • Sea or table salt - to taste
  • Pepper or other spices - to taste

Preparation:

  • Clean up carp from scales and entrails.
  • Remove the gills, fins and tail.
  • Prepare a light filling: mix a few basil leaves, add lemon juice and mash well. The fish will need to be marinated using the sauce.
  • Heat a pan with oil.
  • When the oil is hot, add the fish, sprinkle with salt and spices, and pour the prepared sauce over it.
  • After one side of the carp is cooked, turn it over to the other side. Do this carefully, without damaging the integrity of the carp.
  • Add salt, spices and sauce again. You can tell the fish is ready when a golden crust forms.

Carp with onions

You will need:

  • Carp
  • Onions
  • wheat flour
  • sea or table salt - to taste
  • Fish spices - to taste
  • oil for frying

Preparation:

  • Clean the carp from the scales and guts
  • Cut off the head and fins
  • Carp is cut into steaks
  • We put the carp in a separate container, add spices and salt to it. Mix thoroughly.
  • Dip the fish pieces in flour and fry each side in a hot pan with oil.
