Salmon in the oven - a classic recipe, without foil

You will need:

  • Salmon steaks - 5 pcs.
  • One tablespoon of natural honey.
  • A spoon full of mustard
  • Soy sauce (classic or garlic) - 1 tablespoon.
  • Lemon juice - a few drops.
  • Salt, herbs and spices at your discretion.
  • A couple of lemon slices and sour cream or mayonnaise sauce.

Preparation:

  • We make a mixture for marinating fish from honey, soy sauce, mustard, spices, salt and lemon juice (a couple of teaspoons of juice is enough). If you want, you can add some dried or fresh finely chopped greens to this mixture.
  • Brush the salmon steaks with the resulting mixture and leave in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  • Put the marinated fish on a baking sheet covered with parchment (you can grease it a little), the fish will cook open and get a nice crust.
  • We put the steaks in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 220 degrees.

Salmon baked in foil

You will need:

  • Salmon fish fillet - 600 gr.
  • Lemon (you can take a small lime) - 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Greens (take as much as you like): parsley, basil, fresh green onion, dill, coriander.
  • A pinch of spices: a mixture of pepper (black, white, red), ground anise, a little oregano, marjoram, coriander, if you like, you can also add cumin.

Preparation:

  • Wash the fillet, let the fish dry, cut into large pieces. In this case, the pieces can be taken with the skin on.
  • According to the number of your pieces, make the same number of sheets of foil, each one will cook a separate piece and later it can be served beautifully on the table in foil.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemon, sprinkle the slices on the side that will be fried from below, place the fish in foil.
  • Mix the spices with chopped herbs and vegetable oil, rub each piece with the resulting mixture, then add a little salt.
  • We close the foil, leaving a small hole for air to escape, put it in a baking tray and put it in the oven for 20 minutes, setting the temperature to 220 degrees.
  • After twenty minutes, we open each bag and bake the fish in the oven for another 5 minutes so that it becomes pink.

Salmon in the oven with potatoes

You will need:

  • Potatoes (you can use both young and old, any size and variety) - 7-8 pcs.
  • Salmon (fillets or steaks) - 0.5-0.6 kg.
  • Fat sour cream - 200 ml.
  • Cream (20%) - 150 ml.
  • Fresh dill and parsley.
  • Cherry tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Sunflower and salt.

Preparation:

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into circles about half a centimeter thick, rub them with salt and pepper.
  • Coat the salmon fillet with a mixture of spices and chopped herbs.
  • Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices or halves.
  • In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cream and chopped greens.
  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • Lubricate the mold with oil, lay out a layer of potatoes, then onions, tomatoes, spread the fish on top of the fish with a sour cream mixture, cover it all with potatoes and put the remaining tomatoes on top of the potatoes.
  • Fill the dish with creamy sour cream sauce.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

You will need:

  • Lightly salted salmon - 150 g
  • Avocado - 1 pc.
  • Quail eggs - 6 pcs.
  • Mix of solutes
  • Red onion - half
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

  • Wash the lettuce with tap water, put it in a salad bowl.
  • Boil quail eggs, cut in half. You can also use chicken eggs, then 2 pcs are enough.
  • Add the avocado, onion and eggs to the salad.
  • Prepare the dressing: mix honey, mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.

Salad with smoked salmon and tomatoes

Unusual salad with smoked meat salmon and fresh tomatoes without skins, supplemented with the acidity of lemon juice. Dietary cold snack with the taste of a real restaurant meal.

You will need:

  • Tomatoes - 300 g
  • Smoked salmon - 200 g
  • Lemon - half
  • Salt and pepper - a pinch each
  • Red onion - 1 pc.

Preparation:

  • Only ripe and juicy tomatoes are suitable for this dish. Vegetables should be poured with boiling water, and then placed in cold water. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, remove the seeds with a spoon, and cut the flesh into large pieces with a sharp knife.
  • Wash the red onion, remove the skin and cut into thin half rings.
  • Cut the smoked salmon, remove the bones and cut into large cubes.
  • Mix the fish with the onion and pour lemon juice over it and let it stand for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes to the salad, stir, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Caesar salad with salmon

Caesar salad with salmon – another feature of many of the restaurant's dishes. If you are not a big fan of chicken snacks, try adding lightly salted salmon to it. The rest of the salad ingredients remain the same.

You will need:

  • Lightly salted salmon - 250 g
  • Bread crumbs for salad - 50 g
  • Salad mix - 100 g
  • Parmesan - 50 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Half a lemon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  • Cut the fish into thin slices.
  • Wash the tomatoes and lettuce, grate the parmesan on a fine grater.
  • Hard-boil eggs, peel them, cut them into quarters.
  • Prepare the salad dressing: mix salt, pepper, squeeze garlic, squeeze juice from half a lemon, add mustard and oil. Mix all the ingredients.
  • We lay out the salad leaves, pour a little sauce. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and pieces of fish.
  • Spread the egg quarters around the edge of the plate. Drizzle with remaining sauce again. Top with croutons and parmesan.

Lightly salted salmon

You will need:

  • 500 gr. salmon;
  • 3 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Salmon recipes: wash the fillet with water, dry it with napkins, if there are any, remove the bones. This is easy to do with tweezers.
  • Mix salt and sugar in a bowl. Sugar can be added according to your taste or not at all.
  • Pour a layer of the prepared mixture on the bottom of the dish, place the fish skin side down on top, cover completely with the remaining marinating mixture. Don't worry about too much salt. The fish will take as much as it needs.
  • If desired, add freshly ground black pepper, cover the fish dish with cling film and put it in a cold place for 12 hours.
  • After that, the fillet is washed under cold water, dried, greased with vegetable oil.
