How to cook trout in the oven
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes without the core.
- Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
- We wash, dry and chop the greens.
- Grate the lemon peel.
- Grind the ginger finely to fit a tablespoon.
- We wash, gut and clean the trout. We stuff the fish with vegetables and herbs, cover it with soy sauce and lemon juice, and place it on a baking sheet smeared with olive oil.
